These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of liyvo.com and any purchase you make from LIYVO. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or description error.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Cancellations & returns

Your right to cancel and return items is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.
