Returns & Refunds Policy
At LIYVO we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains how to return an item. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union and Ireland.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
To cancel, email suportecomhsn@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number with the return.
- You are responsible for the goods until they reach us; we recommend a tracked service.
Return shipping costs
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at suportecomhsn@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
